Is the demo really free, and is there a catch?
It's free and there's nothing to cancel. No card details are collected, no trial converts into a subscription, and you're not enrolled in anything by attending. If the demo tells you we're not the right fit, that's a useful outcome for both of us.
Is this a class or a sales call?
A class. Roughly twenty of the forty-five minutes are spent being taught. The last ten minutes cover your level, timeline and fee, because you need those numbers to decide — but you won't be pushed to enrol on the call.
Do I need to install anything?
No. You'll get a video link by email and WhatsApp — join from a browser on any laptop, tablet or phone. A headset helps for the speaking portion, but isn't required.
What if I'm a complete beginner?
That's the most common starting point, and the demo is designed for it. Your trainer starts from sound and script, and adjusts in real time. You will still speak in the first session — that's the point of it.
Can I book for someone else, like my child?
Yes. Enter the learner's details in the form and your own contact number in the message field, and we'll coordinate the slot with you rather than with them.
What if I need to reschedule?
Tell your coordinator on WhatsApp and we'll move it. Rescheduling a demo costs you nothing and doesn't affect your place.
