Impearly provides instructor-led language programmes, learning resources, assessments, demo classes and related learner support. Programme availability, trainer assignment, delivery format and schedules are confirmed during enrollment.
Enrollment and eligibility
An enrollment is confirmed only after Impearly accepts the learner's details and shares the applicable programme, fee and payment plan. Learners must provide accurate contact and enrollment information and keep it up to date.
Fees and payments
Course fees, applicable taxes, instalment options and due dates are communicated before payment is requested. A payment confirms the amount stated in the applicable fee communication; it does not create an automatic recurring subscription unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
Learner conduct
- Use classes, recordings, resources and community spaces respectfully and lawfully.
- Do not share paid learning materials, class links or another learner's information without permission.
- Follow reasonable class, assessment and attendance guidance provided by the trainer or academy.
Changes and support
We may reasonably adjust schedules, trainers, learning materials or delivery arrangements to maintain service quality. Where a material change affects a confirmed programme, we will communicate the available options to the learner. Questions can be sent to info@impearly.com.
