No physical shipping for online programmes
Our regular language programmes, demo classes, live sessions, recordings and digital learning resources are delivered online. We do not charge a shipping fee for online course access or digital resources.
How access is delivered
- After enrollment and any required payment confirmation, class schedules, joining instructions and relevant portal access are shared through the contact details provided during enrollment.
- Digital materials may be shared through the learner portal, email or an approved class communication channel.
- The timing of delivery depends on the confirmed batch start date, schedule and enrollment status.
Physical materials
If a physical book, certificate or other item is offered in the future, its availability, delivery area, charges and estimated delivery timeline will be stated before purchase or dispatch. This policy will be updated before such shipping begins.
